I think I know how we can use Bill Clinton in this campaign |
|
A week before the 2004 election John Kerry held an outdoor rally in Philadelphia with Bill Clinton--less than 2 months out of heart surgery--and over 100,000 people showed up. Kerry won Pennsylvania on whopping margins in Philadelphia and winning in 3 of the 4 suburban counties.
Before Barack Obama came along, nobody could turn out a crowd like Bill Clinton. Well, Clinton can still turn out a mighty impressive crowd. Now imagine what Bill Clinton AND Obama could turn out at a rally with both of them.
I'm thinking that this could be replicated, an Obama-Bill Clinton rally the last week of the election, perhaps in Ohio, either in Columbus or Cleveland.

In Ohio, I think it would be a tremendous reminder of the ecomonic good times people experienced with Bubba.

4. Bill and Hill need to step up to the plate and play hardball. |

They owe this country. We don't deserve another 4 years of madness because of their pride.
