The big question is, as you said, who paid for it? If it was a gift, did Palin pay taxes on it? Does she have to in Alaska?

There have already been questions about whether she may have committed tax fraud relating to her abuse of the travel allowance system. Are there more tax fraud or abuse of power questions in this story?

3. Tanning beds are harmful. Haircuts aren't...unless you are a Democratic presidential candidate.
Considering McCain's history with skin cancer, this should be newsworthy.
