So, what's his view on a President who pisses on the constitution? I'm not talking a BJ, I'm talking multiple shreds of all amendments except the 2nd ... and don't forget that they would take away the guns of anybody, R or D, who they feel are a threat ...

Strict constructionists abide by the rule that the US Const means literally what it says. For example, with the First Amendment, it says that Congress shall make NO LAW...and that is why the results of the Warren Court were so liberal even tho Warren himself was a conservative, former Republican governor of California. One of the most famous cases was about the man who wore a jacket into a Los Angeles Courthouse and the jacket said, "Fuck the Draft." The man was arrested for wearing this and the Warren Court ruled that the jacket was protected under "free speech" and he could not be arrested for what he did.
