McCain/Palin: The Sexual Predator Protection Ticket: |
|
Edited on Mon Sep-15-08 08:54 AM by rateyes
Raped in the world McCain/Palin want to build? Here's a bill from the government for $1200 to pay for the rape kit/police investigation. Can't afford to pay that? Too damned bad, we can't investigate.
12 years old and impregnated by your rapist father in the McCain/Palin world? Sorry, but you'll have to carry the fetus to term and raise the child in the same home with your rapist father---providing yet another victim for the sicko.
5 years old and being sexually molested by some pedophile piece of garbage in the McCain/Palin world? Sorry, but we can't educate you to let you know that's it's OK to tell a trusted adult, or that even that the touching taking place is inappropriate. Pedophiles, McCain/Palin is your ticket.

An Obama ad making at least the first of these points needs to go national now.

One out of for women, and one out of seven men--is sexually abused by the age of 18.
Many people don't talk about this epidemic, but millions are affected. The ad would resonate with many. It's difficult to find someone who hasn't been sexually abused or impacted by the sexual abuse of a relative or friend. We all know someone who has been affected.
And does anyone think these outrageous policies are a mistake? Look at the long list of pedophile convictions in the Republican party. The Republican party is pathological and often these dysfunctional types are sexual abusers as well.
We can't be shocked when they force rape victims to pay for their own rape kids or when they object to children defending themselves against pedophiles.
They're disgusting. Forcing a minor to carry the child that is the result of her father raping her, is about as "anti life" as it gets.
These people disgust me.

3. Actually the ad should not make just the first point... |

It should point out that in Alaska the legislature had to pass a law to stop one town from charging for rape kits. The town was Wasilla. In Congress, a law providing federal funds for rape examinations was introduced by Joe Biden. John McCain voted against it.
