McCain Flip-Flops On Fundamentals Of The Economy!!!
Earlier this morning, McCain said:

"The fundamentals of the economy are strong."

And the Democrats started to hammer McCain on this line this morning, with Joe Biden leading the charge.

Now at McCain's second town hall, just half an hour ago, McCain re-jiggered the line to say:

“My opponents may disagree, but those fundamentals of America are strong…. Our workers have always been the strength of our economy, and they remain the strength of our economy today.”

If Barack Obama attacks McCain on his gaffe from earlier this morning, the Republicans can spin that as an attack on workers. Obama has to be very careful on this. I see he has a rally slated for 1PM today in Colorado. Is he up yet live?

3. The REAL news here is that McCain is so scared he's doing TWO events in ONE day
He must see the handwriting on the wall because he has always done only one event per day.

I disagree. He simply has to say:

"Earlier this morning, McCain said the fundamentals of the economy are strong." (insert refutation here) "Now if he wants to talk about the fundamentals of AMERICA, then (__________)."
