I have to stop cursing...
my wife read me the riot act this weekend...that I was watching TV and continually cursing...my initial response was "BULLSHIT!" and then I realized that she was probably right.

She told me that my language has deteriorated over the last few months and that she's worried that I'm going to do something really stupid at the office.

Upon reflection, I'm really upset that I have become, once again, a very angry person. I had calmed down over the years, but I have more anger now than when I was in Vietnam War protest mode.

Look what they did to my effin country!!

7. That's pretty funny...
The term "bullshit" is the "cleaned up" version at my house.

Seriously, if all I'm yelling is "BULLSHIT" - it means I'm really censoring myself because the windows are open...

12. As they say, if you aren't mad, you aren't paying attention...
Just offset that some with feelings of hope.

15. Like you, I haven't been this angry
since the Vietnam War. I also, though, haven't been this optimistic and as energized since then. Oh, and like you, I had the riot act read to me by my wife. As she said, "if you have another heart attack, that's one less vote for Obama, so it is in my political interest that you calm down." And that's why I'm nuts about her.

18. Tell me about it.
My dog won't even stay in the room with me when I'm watching Sunday morning shows. I never, ever used this kind of language before -- I used to be a Sunday School teacher, f*ckryingoutloud.
