OMFG... NBC Nightly News commercial: "Both candidates are for change." |
|
WTF. John McCain says he is for change and the media just goes along with it? What the fuck is McCain going to change? What is Palin going to reform? They beat up on Obama for months because they "change" was too vague. Are they going to ask McCain what he is going to change? I have yet to hear him say what he will do that is different from Bush.

McShame has promised to cut earmarks that he doesn't think are necessary and to make those who add them famous.
I mean come on other than too many earmarks we all know Bush was getting it done.

6. McCain was against change before he was for it |
|
In fact, he was proud of being in lockstep with George W. Bush before he was against it.

The only change that McCain is doing is the White House nameplate will say McCain instead of Bush |
|
Everything else is the same.

12. Well, in all fairness, he IS for change in a big way. |
|
1. Privatize social security 2. Tax your health care benefits 3. Overturn Roe V Wade 4. Change the makeup of the Supreme Court to get some more "strict constructionists" on there 5. Start a war with Iran 6. Heck, maybe Russia? 7. On the seventh day, take a bit of a rest -- watch the world burn.

13. John McCain has frequently been for change |
|
John McCain took a vow to love, honor and cherish his first wife until she was in an automobile accident, and then he CHANGED wives.
John McCain was pro-choice until he found it politically incorrect within his party, and he CHANGED his position.
He was against water-boarding, saying it was torture, but then he CHANGED his mind and is now for it.
John McCain formerly ridiculed the religious right until he embraced it to run for the Presidency. Now that is REAL CHANGE.
John McCain declared he would run a clean campaign until he started losing, and he CHANGED his approach.
I believe John McCain is a candidate of change, but it is not exactly the kind of change we can believe in.
