1. At this rate, I'll be happy if Obama can hold Illinois, New York, and California.

I'm hoping that we can get enough of a majority in the legislature to change the rules so that we can win the White House once in my lifetime.

PA has gone Dem in the last 4 presidential elections. If they voted Dem for Kerry in '04, I'm confident in them this year. And, besides Rasmussen/FOX polls? Really?

6. If I had any faith in polls it's now gone
No way McCain is tied in PA. Skewed 'likely voters' numbers leads to this. PA alone has registered something like 300-400 THOUSAND new democratic voters this year, but of course none of them would count in one of these polls.

PA will not go red this year. No chance in hell. Sorry.
