McCain campaign says Palin won’t talk to Troopergate investigator.

McCain campaign says Palin won’t talk to Troopergate investigator.

The McCain campaign said tonight that Gov. Sarah Pali] (R-AK) “won’t speak with an investigator hired by lawmakers to look into the firing of her public safety commissioner” in the controversy known as “Troopergate.” The campaign declared the investigation to be “tainted,” despite the fact that the five-member committee is composed of three Republicans and two Democrats. Palin had previously agreed to cooperate and thus was not subpoenaed. Reporting the story tonight, Keith Olbermann said, “It is like installing a giant neon sign over her head saying, ‘I’m hiding something.’”

4. The fact that it is well known the it was a bipartisan move to investigate
this will also have blowback for McCain....

The democrats in Alaska did not seek the investigation in the first place. It was the republican legislature.

10. McCain advice to Palin: The investigation has already been done! Innocent!
Since the batshit assholes are just lying and nobody is calling them on it, all Palin has to say is that the investigation has been finished and she's innocent! YAY!!! SARAH!!!

12. Example from the top down
Bush and Cheney get away with it, so why not McCain and Palin? Our congress is impotent by choice because they have the power but won't use it to force these criminals to testify so we can have justice. Why should state politician follow rules the federal government won't.

15. I say they need to charge the McCain campaign with OBSTRUCTION.
Where do they get off telling the State govt IF she'll talk or cooperate. Can you EVEN imagine the uproar amongst the MSM talking heads if the Dem ticket tried this? This is utter bullshit.

Sarah appeared to be cooperating fully with this investigation before August 29.
