Mclame is proposing a commission to "look into the Wall Street mess"...

You need to go ahead and just say "We don't need a stinking commission to figure this out, the problem is that someone removed all of the stop lights from the intersections... and the people that removed them were Phil Graham and John McCain! All we need to do is put them back!"

2. A commission? For what, to tell us that the Rethugs screwed up??
That is the dumbest idea ever.

3. That's what McLame said this morning...
we need a commission (like the 9/11 commission). That's where Obama picked up the 9/11 reference (my guess).

4. I think McCain's plans for an investigation are the same thing as the Iraq Study Group.
By saying a group will study an issue... you take it off the table for the time being. And people feel safe with that. I believe McCain knew very well there was no need to study what happened. He just wanted to put the issue on the back burner: "oh we are taking care of that".

6. Good response - keep it blunt and to the point, and best of all
keep pushing McCain's buttons.

The GOP are so used to Democratic heming and hawing and deconstructing it'll knock 'em off their game to see someone stand up to them.
