I know it's petty, but what's up with that?

25. You know, that is really generous of you. To take the responsibility for
vetting all the posts on the DU for validity and then to take the effort to let people know when they are not up to snuff. I bet you were one ferocious hall monitor in middle school.

31. oops. you're wrong again.
I hardly monitor posts at DU. I simply express my opinion because, well, ya know, it's a political discussion board.

And so sorry, there weren't any hall monitors at the school I attended.

now continue with your stalking behavior.

3. I find her attitude disturbing
That's probably why I also perceive her as strange looking.

Or she could be both strange looking and disturbing.

4. Maybe she has a scar she is trying to cover?
My mother-in-law had a scar on her neck from thyroid surgery and she was very self-conscious about it.

17. She doesn't "always" wear scarves or wide chokers:

I think she wears scarves and wide chokers more than some other people because she has a bit of a pencil neck and she probably thinks they diminish that unflattering condition.

It is possible that she has a scar on her neck (her nose looks a bit like it may have been broken and reset), but it is her soul that is more obviously scarred.

About halfway down is a picture with her neck showing. I was right. She has a long thin neck and probably feels better if it is covered.

Me I just say its because she is following a recipe or pattern, Just watch the way she always moves her head every few seconds on cue to feign like she is listening. Its a caricature process move sort of like the seven things successful people do scenarios, so is the scarf they are trappings and contrivances to convey a specific image or message rather than the truth or reality and thats the only way you can SELL lies like she does, not believe them, not have them even be your own reality, but to SELL them to you.
