Carly Fiorna's golden parachute should be the subject of a campaign ad
showing the crash of Lehman Brothers, CEO bonuses, and the present banking crisis. Doesn't he want to "reform" the system? One of his campaign managers is part of the same corrupt system!

1. She's really not worth the effort
but i do relish all the talk about how Fiorina drove
Compaq and HP into the ground, wiretapped her
board and the press, and ultimately getting shitcanned
for her complete corrosive corrupting effect on the company
as well as her massive incompetence and self-absorption.

And apparently she hasn't changed one bit.

4. I still think they should bring this up
it's priceless. McCain is always running his mouth, and turns out these people are in his campaign (this woman, Phil, and the woman who wrote the lipstick on the pig book) seems like he needs to practice what he preaches.

Fiorina's tenure. Yet, over and above her $5.6 million annual compensation, she received a golden parachute of $42 million when she finally was fired in February 2005. Union pension funds sued:

"Lawsuit Contests Pay Package Hewlett Gave to Former Chief

By DAMON DARLIN SAN FRANCISCO, March 8, 2006

... The lawsuit notes that Ms. Fiorina's severance package of $21.4 million was 3.75 times her $5.6 million salary and bonus. The suit contends that her severance package could be worth as much as $42 million when the potential value of her stock and options and her pension are factored in. ... The board gave Ms. Fiorina $14 million, which was 2.5 times her salary and regular bonus, and an additional $7.38 million from the long-term bonus plan. ... The lawsuit valued her options and restricted stock at $19 million. She also receives a $200,000-a-year pension that has a current value of about $2 million, the lawsuit said...."

9. You said the stock price fell 50%. Quoting Begala, I said 60%. Actually, it's
56%, from 45.36 to 20.14 during Fiorina's tenure (7/19/99 to 2/9/05), according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carly_Fiorina

8. They should focus on who McCain is surrounding himself with
Carly destroyed the company she worked for, Phill Graham helped deregulate the market which led to today's instability and the list goes on. At the end of the commercial ask, "Are these the people you want running the Govt after 8 years of *"?
