So now every country's flag that she sees she will get to count as foreign policy experience. She gets genuine expertise if she shakes some random ambassador's staffer's hand.

Hell, I've even gone to the Japanese embassy to borrow textbooks from their library for a school project (benefit of growing up in NYC), does that mean I have experience in dealing with foreign governments now? That makes me much more qualified and much more amazing since I have far more experience than she does despite my being half her age. Hey, Republicans! because the standards of competence have been consistently lowered in a race to the bottom that screws us all over. And in the chase for excellence, somehow that makes the Democrats and other like-minded Americans un-American, unpatriotic and elitists.

It's just so weird to see the disconnect between the BS that the GOP pulls and how ordinary people don't realize that if that's true, anyone can do what the GOP does. That makes them worthless. We should be treasuring intelligence and competence because common sense isn't that fucking common.
