Mcain co-ops the "Change" theme.
Could this tactic possibly work?

I see it as concrete proof the the republicans are without a compelling message of their own.
So they have jumped onto the rising tide thats so clear to everyone.

The guys in charge right now are a bunch of boobs, who have screwed up everything they have touched.

I am not that confident that enough people will see this as the act of desperation that it so clearly is.

Its looks the the republicans are willing to tell any lie, steal any theme, sell any line of bull that resonates.

I just hope the voters see it for what it is, I REALY, REALY hope.

6. My friends, we've entered THE TWILIGHT ZONE!!!
Why don't they renounce their party membership and run as "independents"? Of course, it wouldn't matter a whole lot (lipstick on a pig *ha-ha*) but at least it would make a more dramatic point about their supposed disgust with the policies that their "party" has been vigorously pushing for the last 28 years (26 of which McSame could've really done something about)

5. Who doesn't know that Obama was there first?
Unless people have been living under a rock or something. My gut tells me that people probably won't buy the line, particularly if Obama/Biden continue to point out the GLARING inconsistencies between what McSame/Palin have supported in the past and what they (claim to) support now not to mention the fact that most of McSame's proposed "changes" (i.e. Social Security privatization, health savings accounts) are really "warmed over" Bush proposals that (rightfully) went nowhere.
Also, Obama/Biden should point out, as in the case with his July proposal to change our military focus back to Afghanistan from Iraq and to set a tentative deadline for withdrawing most of our troops from Iraq (proposals that McSame and even Bush now professes to endorse), how Obama has consistently been "ahead of the curve" on a lot of things for most of this election.
Actually, Obama was also "ahead of the curve" on things like the 2003 Iraq invasion/occupation, which he publicly opposed BEFORE it started, something that even most Democrats in Congress seemed too timid to do at the time.

7. The only people dumb enough to believe this...
Are the same people who are dumb enough to think Palin should be a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

And the same people who think that Barack Obama's going to raise everyone's taxes.

Republicans are the only ones foolish enough to believe McCain's lies. They live for lies and fairy tales, from their Bibles to their graves. They only like to hear and believe in lies.
