Every Day Obama makes this about PHILOSOPHY, he wins
And don't give me that "people are too stupid." They're not.

It's not about policy and not about character. It is about philosophy, worldview, approach. And that's what we've been seeing. Good days for Obama. It's another good move, and a smart move to follow out the "LIAR" campaign of last week. If you call somebody a liar, the next logical question is simple: well, what are they lying about? The worst answer for Obama, the one that returns the whole thing to a debate about personalities, is "They're lying about ME." The best answer for Obama, the one that makes it about APPROACH, is "They're lying about their basic philosophy." That's why the meltdown of the markets is just poison for McCain.

Axelrod and Company seem to be taking good advantage of it.

Who, by the way, even gives a shit about that Sarah Palin character anymore?

2. Yes. McCain is trying to make it look like he never subscribed to the philosophies he has lived
by his entire life.

Obama needs to expose this by explaining to the newbies what Republicans stand for vs. Democrats.

I really think that because he hasn't defined the Democratic brand more sharply, he is allowing the lines to blur, which has benefited the Republican party greatly as McCain goes on like HE is the Democrat in the race.

If he likes it or not, Obama is the leader of the party, and he is now responsible for the name brand.
