New 2 minute Obama ad
Major ad buy from Obama and I think my donation money was well spent. No attacks, no digs, just straight talk to the American people.

3. Barack Obama is destined for greatness
I'm sorry, I've been saying it since I first heard him speak out against dumb wars in October of 2002.

The nation needed a George W. Bush in order to have a Barack Obama, much like the nation needed a James Buchanan in order to have an Abraham Lincoln.

4. Fantastic, although I think his delivery wasn't up to his usual greatness
He sounded more like he was reading this message than telling it....but I'm not complaining, I'm just used to perfect deliveries from him.

6. great message but yeah, I agree
and for the super closed-minded folks all they'll see is eyes reading cards. I love his message but wish that he could have looked spot in with a truly memorized speech to help sway the naysayers better.

5. An excellent ad -
I am curious as to where this ad will be shown. I hope all undecided or uninformed voters see it, and would hope many of them go to the web site indicated in the ad and read Obama's economic plan.

8. McCain already has. He has a 30 second ad up of him tring his straight talk thing.
It's quite obvious that McCain is plagiarising from Obama. It's just sad that not enough people see it. It's hypocritical to copy off the smart kid after you've spent several decades sneering at the smart kids!

It's just pissing me off so fucking much to see the GOP just COPY the positions that the Democrats have worked out with healthy discussion and debate with the public (our platform was the first to be discussed with the public in nationwide forums in a collaborative effort while the GOP basically did the same old closed door writing of their platform) after the GOP has spent YEARS just sneering at studying, education and sophistication.
