4. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time.
There is absolutely no point in "DU-ing" (or "freeping") these meaningless online "polls" that nobody pays any attention to, including the organizations that post them. The only thing they measure is whether we or the freeps have wasted more time in ridiculous tail-chasing. I think the freepers should waste more time than we do.

6. I can't phone bank from work...
But I can DU polls.

If I were spending big chunks of time diddling with online polls rather than doing more meaningful campaign work, I would totally agree with your point.

But I'm not.

Besides, undecided voters are more influenced than you would think by their perception of what everybody else is doing. They tend to flock to the team that's winning. These polls may not have any real value to those of us who are more politically informed, but undecideds can and are influenced by things like this.

8. Thanks
I just feel that if Obama draws thousands wherever he goes and McCain has to bus people in to get numbers that these polls are off and even if it isn't the same as their "radomly call people in the phone book, what do you mean we're reaching more Republicans than DEMs. It's just a "coincidence".

Well, coincidentally DU would vote for Obama today with McCain as the alternative, then it accurately reflects part of the US anyway.
