Palin wins Most Ironic Line of the Day award
From Palin's "interview" with Hannity:

On if the political attacks by the democrats on the republicans will be effective:
“You can’t underestimate the wisdom of the people of America. They’re seeing through the rhetoric, and they’re seeing through a lot of the political cheap shots, also. And they’re getting down to the facts and the voting records that are going to show that stark contrast.”

Bwahaha! I can only assume that she is saying that our attacks WILL be effective.

3. I love when people have the wisdom to narrate their own demise.
(Even when they are unaware that they are doing it.)

4. They're seeing throught the rhetoric
Edited on Wed Sep-17-08 04:37 PM by mokawanis
then why does she hide from the press and repeat the same old rhetoric and talking points. Palin does not know how to campaign and McCain fucked up big time in thinking she could learn on the go.

I agree with her that we should judge the tickets by their voting records.

7. “You can’t underestimate the wisdom of the people of America..."
:wtf:

Does she even listen to the words coming out of her mouth?

The proper phrase is "Don't underestimate..." or "You shouldn't underestimate..." By saying "You can't underestimate the wisdom of the people of America," she's actually saying "No matter how stupid you may think the American people are, they're actually much dumber than you think."

Great move, Mooseolini!

8. Sarah Palin: "I like turtles"
When I hear her speak, after going "huh" and slapping my forehead, I can't get away from the thought they are running the "I like turtles" boy for Vice President.
