5. If McCain gets a GOP Congress it would be a Bush third term

If he has a Dem Congress it would be more like the Nixon/Ford Administration. IMO McCain isn't interested in domestic policy, he just wants to keep fighting the cold war. If he has a Democratic Congress he will legislate whatever is politically expedient. If he has a Republican Congress he will let Boehner and McConnell legislate for him and sign anything they send to him.
