Will the economic crisis shift poll in Ohio and Michigan and other rust belt states? |

Up until the last week or so, there really hasn't been much focus on the economy and the dire straits it's in. That's suffered a sea change, so I'll be curious to see if the polls in Ohio and Michigan shift to favor Obama.

I guess we'll see if economics trump "discomfort" over Obama's "elitism".

comment about the fundamentals of the economy being good. Hopefully, there will continue to be a more significant shift in the days ahead but probably not that much until after the first debate in about two weeks.
