5. I don't see Obama losing any of the Kerry States and I do see him
picking up NM, CO and IA.

That may not be a landslide, but it'll do.

9. Arizona and Alaska would be great...
wouldn't give up on them.

We're gonna get Ohio and Florida. Indiana is still in play.

I just hope that Obama doesn't have it wrapped up before getting to the west coast...spoil the fun. However...

The sun could still be shining in Hawaii when Obama's declared the winner. Apropos.

Optimism!

13. Florida is *THE* battleground State
Edited on Sat Sep-20-08 02:01 AM by AzNick
You did not get the email by David Plouffe, obviously.

The Obama campaign intends to spend $39 million there.

Florida is narrow. Many minorities, including a well-educated Jewish community who does not drink the redneck Koolaid.

Here is the link to the video:

I guess the video is a bit old, because Georgia is no more a battleground State.

17. I did get that email. I was reading about it while eating dinner with my family
and told my family I think it will be a waste of 39 million dollars.

Now trust me. I HOPE I am wrong. I just don't see Florida going blue. I think we are going to win this thing on other states such as VA NC and CO

But don't get me wrong. If we win Florida I will eat my words and be soooo much happier for having done so. I guess I just got POed at Florida after they went for Bush last year.

The good thing is, even if we do lose Florida... we don't NEED it.

19. It's strategic spending
We will overspend the Republicans over there and they will spend most of what they've got, because we have a bigger budget than they do.

18. Obama
One reason why The West Is such a battleground Is Obama Is getting the support of 67-69 percent of
Hispanics.Gore got 60 Percent(which allowed him to win New Meixco and keep It close In Nevada after
he pulled out of the state) and Kerry only got 56 percent of Hispanics which cost him New Mexico
and possablly Nevada and Colorado(He did better than Gore In both states) Hispanics are showing
they remember Mccain sold them out to right wing by turning on his own Immigration bill. This Is also
why they are polls that have Florida tied. And the MSM was going on about Obama's problem with
Hispanics.Just like with women It was BS.
