Someone claiming to be a volunteer with Obama's campaign in VA called into the Ed Schultz show today and said VA had early voting.

11. There IS early and vote-by-mail in VA according to VA Election Bureau site -

- there are some restrictions to vote full ballot including any county/state items (out of county that day, incapacitated, etc.) BUT it states that anyone can vote early/by mail if they're only voting in the Presidential election.
