I helped make history tonite!

As much as I have wanted to do my part financially to help with the campaign, the fact is that I was laid off back in March and am on unemployment. I just haven't HAD any money to give. Today I got a small profit sharing check from my former employer and made my first political contribution EVER!!! It has not escaped my notice that the check arrived today, before the "matching" donation thing ended. It felt good to be a part of something so right.

And tomorrow I'm volunteering for the first time also, at a Voter Registration Drive! I'm excited, and a little nervous, this IS SC, but I know it will be okay. We're going to take this thing people ... I can feel it in my bones.
