I already posted this, but wanted to add that I've changed the code to display the total votes cast and have some interesting results. At the time of this writing, it's over 43M and raising at about 200 votes/sec. PBS should really change the code to not allow repeat voters this way.

Sure, it's childish (and I would never think about trying to skew the poll myself) but, I've written a Windows Vista Sidebar Gadget that cast NO votes over and over. The gadget is very generic in that is only displays an incrementing number (which is the number of NO votes that you have helped to cast).
