New Voters.

Brack Obama is going to win and new voters will be cited as the reason why.

Bookmark this post and call me an idiot if I'm wrong, but I believe there will be a "reverse" Bradley effect and it will be directly attributed to new voters, a block they could never really properly poll throughout the General Election season.

1. I certainly hope so.
It will be a major GOTV effort on college campuses all over America.

I hope an even bigger effort than I made for John Anderson when I was that age.

Of course, Anderson was running as in Independent and didn't have a chance to win, things are much different this time with Obama.

2. Was reading some old email tonight and found out on Sept 5th
the Secretary of State in Arkansas has been receiving 1,000-1,500 new voter registration per day. This used to be a really political, firmly Democratic state, until outsiders moved into the Fayetteville area ala Walmart and took over politics there, until this year! They can't find anyone (good) to run against any Democrats in what was firmly Republician strongholds.

Can you imagine - the entire US glued to election returns instead of American Idol or some such? Wow!

3. It is HIGHLY possible the margin will be a LOT greater than we expect......
.... and it will be for this very reason. If you haven't already, watch David Plouffe's video about their strategy for FL. The figures are mind blowing ...... it will take a lot of work, but if they can turn out their base, we could win FL by a LANDSLIDE.

I'm usually a realist when it comes to these things but I cant help but think of that old Shel Silverstein poem ...... "anything can happen child, anything can be."
