BAMN: By any means necessary
Edited on Fri Sep-19-08 11:35 PM by live love laugh
"We declare our right on this earth to be a man, to be a human being, to be respected as a human being, to be given the rights of a human being in this society, on this earth, in this day, which we intend to bring into existence by any means necessary." -Malcolm X

Those words, spoken by Malcolm X nearly 40 years ago, struck fear in the hearts of Americans. Fear that emanated from a government that branded him as a terrorist--or what passed for a terrorist in the 60's--for espousing such a radical idea.

Thirty years ago, after bitter defeat following Nixon's Watergate, Republicons began to form their radical neocon ideology. So successful was their plan that they have pillaged the treasury; shred the constitution; attempted to place themselves above the law; operated in secrecy and deny information about the government to the American people all in order to achieve their own sick ideology of doing away with regulation for personal enrichment and to cover their asses. They continue to lure incurious recruits who will lie and steal for them unquestioningly. They pay them handsomely with our laundered tax dollars, rewarding them handsomely as news readers or government department heads, and even vice president, to secure their takeover efforts.

And they have done it by any means necessary.

And now it is 2008.

Have you ever gotten angry? I mean REALLY angry because you have been beaten--at a game for instance? By cheaters no less? I have. I played cards with cheaters and kept losing. Instead of giving up I kept at it and I used my anger to focus and kick their asses. I have also been angered by things people tried to do to me and I have harnessed my anger to find the focus to make the best of the situation. The Republicons were angry when they started their takeover in 1980. The question is, are we?

How many more stolen elections are you going to sit by and watch? I cannot bear the thought of waking up November 5th and not having Obama be president because I know that we will have once again been cheated. We get one chance every four years and our chance is only about one month away. Please. Get angry and get focused. Get off your pocketbooks. Put on your thinking caps and walking shoes. Get out message and get out the vote.

BAMN.

"I was not the one to invent lies: they were created in a society divided by class and each of us inherited lies when we were born. It is not by refusing to lie that we will abolish lies: it is by eradicating class by any means necessary." — Jean Paul Sartre, Dirty Hands: act 5, scene 3. 1963

We must win. By Any Means Necessary.
They're fascists. They have utter contempt for human freedom, and utter disregard for human suffering.

I don't fucking care if the means include violence. If that's what it takes to regain control of our country, I will kill.

2. I hear you. Do something. Anything. I think that's why people are pouring $ to Obama.
He needs more but when they see Palin and the prospect of more of the same, they are not buying it.

1. If the abortion of a bail out happens for the vile humans who brought this
economic tsumani upon our heads, I am going to hard pressed to figure out why in the hell I should my credit card bills? If they get a total write-off, why can I not take it upon myself to do the same? I am sure there are a lot of people out there this weekend trying to figure out the same thing.

If we have take on everyone's debt, then I say give everyone a get out of debt free card. This will be the only way to take them down - deny them the interest and other fees. Cut them off at the knee's.

Talk about the great equalizer...
