10. Gallup, in general, had Bush ahead in 2000 & 2004 by.... |
|
...a much greater margin than he actually won by. Let's hope they're overestimating the Repubs again this year.

13. These comments prove (to me) that Gallup is a RW pollster: |
|
"Obama's current 50% rating matches his 50% record high reached just after the Democratic National Convention. (That came in Gallup Poll Daily tracking from Aug. 30-Sept. 1.) However, his current six percentage point advantage is not as large as the nine-point lead he held in late July and an eight-point lead after the Democratic National Convention in late August. It is important to note that McCain recovered and moved ahead after each of these Obama high points, suggesting that it is certainly possible that McCain could recover in this situation as well."

20. No, it just shows me Obama has yet to see a trend. |
|
These polls have been up and down over the past few months and it's foolish to assume there isn't a possibility McCain chips away at the lead again.
Regardless, there has been one constant throughout this race: Obama has generally maintained a lead in the Gallup Poll.
Since May, McCain has only led ten times. That's out of how many days?

But I don't want to get too excited, as the election is far from over. The repigs have no shame and will shovel on some unbelievable lies, and the American public risks falling for them, unfortunately. Nonetheless, this is GREAT news!

17. The Magic 50%! When you hit 50% in a national poll, it means solidification of opinion. |
|
This is amazing great news. I am pumped. Thanks jenmito.
