I am working for the campaign in Jackson MI and have been feeling a little overwhelmed...

and today 60 people drove here from Chicago to help us canvas. I am crying just thinking about how it felt to see all these people heading out to help us!

It isn't easy because some people here are outwardly racist. I am so sick of seeing the confederate flag! If God forbid they steal this election I don't think I can stay in MI.

I can't even think about the possibility of election theft. I honestly don't know what I'd do with myself. Well, okay, I know that the fiance and I have planned (and it sounds so cliche but it's true) to make a trip to the passport office if this happens, just in case. This campaign is about reaching YOU, and people like you, who happen to live in MS and letting them know that there is a right way to govern and that the Obama administration is going to do it, and govern on behalf of you, and your state, even if he doesn't carry the state.
