she answered the door as my friend and I stood there waiting...you just never know in NH. We were were canvassing her neighborhood.

Gulp. "Ah, we're volunteers for Obama, and..."

"He's my man!"

"Oh, that's great..."

"Yep, he's my man from day one. I'm voting for him no matter what. He's my man!!!!" SLAM.

Wow. I love canvassing. You just never f'ing know in NH.

It was a good day after my friend got her ass bit by a dog at the very first house and then the next house some old guy yelling "I hate Obama! I hate that bastard. Hate Obama!"

4. I fell down

Wounded in action. But I did get a voter registration card, and met a nice couple on the next block who are solid Democrats. I love it when the 70 year olds go on and on, adoring Rachel.

the great movie star who played roles like that are no longer with us. You wrote it so well I could picture it..LOL.

I saw 4 Obama bumperstickers today at Petsmart. And yesterday, some senior woman (80ish) came up to me as I was loading groceries into my car and pointed to my Obama bumpersticker and said, "thanks for supporting a good man." :woohoo:

I live in Phoenix.

21. Love it! I knocked on lots of doors today, too.
I've never canvassed--- I thought I was showing up for a voter registration drive.

We signed up several new voters, only got one "Not interested!" (SLAM). Lots of Obama leaners-- NO McCains.

This was just too damn easy. I could get hooked! :-)

Yep, it's easy to get hooked. This was my 4th weekend canvassing.

Keep up the great work. The more people we talk with, the better chance Obama has of winning this thing.
