Others may have seen Palin say these things. I haven't. I'm astounded at how easy-breezy the lies

In this video, Palin talks to Larry Kudlow about Troopergate and the investigation. This interview
took place BEFORE she was named as McCain's running mate.

She says here that she welcomes questions and wants to answer them:

Palin says, "It's cool. I want them to ask me the questions. I don't have anything to hide.
I look forward to any kind of investigation, or questions being asked cuz I've got nothing to hide".

Kudlow asks Palin why fired her police commissioner. The answers she gives are not the answers she is
giving today--painting the police commissioner as an insubordinate "rouge" that she fired for being
insubordinate.

Why Palin says she fired the commissioner:

"...we were seeking more results more action to fill vacant trooper positions. There
were alcohol and bootlegging abuse problems in our rural villages especially, and just needed some new direction and
a lot of new energy in that position and that is why the replacement took place there."

at Sarah's behavior since August 29. She's done a complete 180. We don't even recognize her anymore. Whenever the subject of a possible VP position came up, she sort of laughed it off, like it was such a remote possibility, always pointing out that her allegiance was to Alaska.

She hasn't done anything for Alaska except hurt our reputation.

but we don't like it. I can't WAIT for her to get back here so we can knock her down a peg or two. I don't know a soul here who isn't aghast at what she's become, with the exception of maybe a few super diehard Palinbots. Everybody else across the political spectrum has been caught completely off guard.

I'm not going to make any promises, of course, because Alaska IS a red state, but Sarah Palin could very possibly throw Alaska into Obama's column.
