The diehard pukes I know won't even admit there's ANYTHING wrong with the economy.

I swear, the damned town could have 90% unemployment with bread lines and soup kitchens on every corner and they would carp about people needing "handouts."

I was younger and less informed then, and what I remember thinking is "why would anyone want just a trickle?"
Seriously people bought off on the idea of having lefteovers because uncle ronnie said it? they didn't know that "trickle" ment "not very much?"
