STOP POSTING THE PBS POLL, it does not work, and does not change

If I had to guess it may be method for pbs to measure and BLOCK large linkage to polls from sites like DU.

1. It would be better to e-mail PBS and tell them how the poll is bogus

in that it can be manipulated too easily. Stop voting on it and send an e-mail

5. It isnt changing. It isnt being manipulated, I believe it may be PBS trying to find link sites

Google the PBS website and you'll see that it looks nothing like this poll.

Do a search for polls on the PBS website. This poll doesn't come up.

7. It is a great way for websites to boost their hit counts. Get a poll war going.

And since I've been mad at the PBS & NPR drift to the right over the past several years, I don't want to give them extra hits.

Therefore, when I see yet another poster suggesting we DU their polls, I let them drop.

8. I just went to the ACTUAL PBS website. Surprise! I can't find the poll. In fact...

The website looks NOTHING like the page that is linked with the Palin poll.

The reason it doesn't move is because there's literally been millions of votes cast. The poll is complete shit.

I pleaded the same thing two days ago, citing 12 DU threads on this poll, between 9/16-20. And that was just the first 12 I found in GD! It was posted many times in GDP, too. And it's STILL being posted! :grr:
