Can you imagine the OUTRAGE if Texas voters go to the polls and discover that the two major candidates aren't even on the ballot?! The Supreme Court would be run out of the state, followed by the governor and the legislature!

Disenfranchising an entire state is not a way to win votes, Bob.

It would be almost impossible for McCain to win the election if he's not on the ballot in Texas.
