Earmarks again brought up on MSNBC. Help me with this, please.

Earmarks are added to the original budget but before the final vote. Correct? So there is a final vote and then is sent to the President to sign. Correct? So if earmarks are added to the final budget any Senator can vote against the budget or the President could veto the budget. Correct? If I am correct, McCain has voted for every budget with earmarks included. Correct? And now to Palin. AS mayor of Wasilla, if you use the size of the town with how much she got in earmarks I would think she would be the Queen of Earmarks. I live in a town larger than Wasilla and the earmarks she got is larger than our entire town budget. And I would think the same would go for her as governor with a small state population that the amount of earmarks is far greater than most other states per capita.

Earmarks isn't on the Democratic agenda as an issue so why does the media feel to ask Obama and Biden for their earmarks? McCain has made it an issue for him so it is up to him to explain why he picked the Earmark Queen to be his running mate. You would think, wouldn't you?
