I did phone bank this weekend and one undecided voter who was angry told me
that Obama needs to play it dirty like McLame because that works and if doesn't, he will lose the election. He also told me that he is doing all he can to persuade his Friends and family to vote Obama. The phone bank is interesting thing to do.

7. You get a lot of those that are committed but claim to be undecided.
That's why I don't trust the polls.

5. There's smart dirty, and there is ugly dirty...
McCain plays ugly.

Obama, on the other hand, does brilliant things like posing at the Lincoln Memorial with a little rescue dog, in stark contrast to Palin's unsporting blood sports.

I come from a hunting family and I normally don't get too worked up about such things, but what Palin does is NOT a sport. It's wholesale murder.

In order to fight dirty like McCain, Obama would have to lie a whole lot... check out the link in my sigline... McCain is up to 63 certified lies. Obama doesn't need to stoop that low.

6. I love phone banking. You get to talk to so many interesting people.
And you get to hear stuff about their families, too. I talked to one woman (a dem) whose husband was a right-leaning independent. She told me that her husband would never vote for McCain, even though he had voted for W both times. She said he's just absolutely sick of the republicans because they're nothing but money grubbers.

It surprised me because he had apparently been one of those folks who don't like paying taxes of any kind. So he had believed the republicans when they said they would lower his taxes. And now he realizes that they just lowered the taxes of their super rich friends.

We definitely have a chance to reach even pretty right wing people this year.
