Clinton's Obama rally speech leaked early!
You guys, I got a leaked, early copy of Bill Clinton's pro Obama rally speech! Here it is!!!

"My fellow Americans! This year we must elect a President! Now I know that John McCain is a war hero. He is a great man. Smart. Handsome. Infinitely qualified to be President! But Barack Obama is running too!

Certainly, McCain has the wisdom and courage to be the next commander in Chief. But Obama is running as a Democrat, and so I feel compelled to mention that he is very likely qualified too!

Now I know, Obama isn't the typical candidate. He's got a funny name, he's got a funny religion. He LOST the primary to my lovely wife Hillary. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't consider him when voting this November! Even if he did lose and by all rights shouldn't be running!

My friends, statistics point to numerous reasons why people might vote for Barack Obama. The economy is doing poorly, and people sometimes vote in a sort of knee-jerk reaction for the opposite party. Also, there are more black people now than there was before. They might vote for him. ...and also... other things.

So when you step into the voting booth this year, are you going to vote for the great, brave, strong, smart, well hung and very personable war hero John McCain, as millions of others are planning to do!? Or are you going to vote for the guy the democrats chose, because it might be nice to consider him, even if you don't ultimately end up voting for him. As the majority of Democrats didn't in the primaries.

The choice is yours! Vote for Obama in '08!!! Or John McCain if you'd rather!"

:P

Okay, that was satire... and I love Bill Clinton. Love him, love him, love him. But if his hearts really not in to helping Barack Obama, which is really his call, then why did he agree to help in the first place? Seriously, this isn't about wanting Clinton to attack McCain or Palin, but could he at LEAST try to make a more than half hearted attempt to push Obama to the public?

I love you Bill, but sometimes you make me have to vent.

1. It must be excruciating for him.
He was probably one of the best Presidents of the last century, and for 8 years he's watched Bush piss away his legacy. Hillary was probably his last hope of hanging onto his former greatness--his second chance. It was probably the last straw seeing such a close primary go the other way.

I love him as well. He has a lifetime pass from me.
