1. Months.

They'll shore up the system enough to let it hobble along for a while, but I don't believe we'll see any real fix without sweeping regulatory changes and a painful correction.

Remember, canned goods are safe WAY past their expiration dates...just stay away from bulged or rusted cans. It's also a good idea to never let your car's gas tank go below half full.

have been defunded to the tune of 70 trillion dollars, which is about 5 trillion more than the GDP of the entire world. I think we will be in for some major shit about 6 months from now.
