I really don't think their plan was to hide her from the press for the entirety of the campaign.

She must be more of an idiot than they and we thought.

1. I know what you mean.
They claim she's the best thing since sliced bread and then never put her out there. Maybe they have noticed within the campaign that her voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard.

2. Didn't you ever watch King Kong?

"PLEASE! No flash photography! You'll frighten the candidate!"

3. Pretty much what I just posted in another thread
That's the problem with not vetting a candidate. He didn't even know her at all. This needs played up more in the campaign to his bad judgment, imo.

4. I saw her in a "candid" setting on TV, talking with her husband at
home, explaining how they met, married, etc.

She sounded like a vapid high school cheerleader. Those neurons ain'r firin' too fast.

Palin is basically Bush in drag.

I have no doubt about that....

15. What do you mean? Do YOU flag the molecules?
I didn't think so!

...and I refuse to use that insipid 'sarcasm' tag

6. You can see the panic in McCain's face when she takes questions from the audience at a rally.
He actually moves to her side like he's going to muzzle her at any moment.

7. Did you see how fast he jumped in when she said she would take
"stump the candidate" questions?

Ha. That was classic.

8. There is a palapble tension between McCain and Palin. Her insistence that
she's the candidate can't be helping; McCain's waited his whole life for this moment.

They better straighten her out or something's gonna blow...

9. Their Plan is to Show Her Only to Fundie Audiences
They are relying on the Dominionist county and state officials to steal the election for them.

10. "We have to find efficiencies in agencies, Charlie"
I thought I was going to blow a gasket if she repeated this one more time in their interview.

She has about 5-10 sentences she uses to answer questions.

She is a moran!

11. Apparently they want her seen, but not heard....
I hope the media's backlash is swift and harsh against the mccain campaign for foisting a vp on the american public that can't even be trusted to answer questions from the msm.

The main question at this point the msm should be raising, is what are the mccain people afraid of? Who is sarah palin and why isn't the press allowed unfettered access to her thru open press conferences and a candid debate process.

Something is really rotten in denmark or should I say wasilla.

what does she have to fear? she's protected by God.

14. When you have a candidate that says 'the economy needs fixin' and some shakin up'
it's no wonder why they hide her.

17. I was just thinking that.
I assumed they would keep her under wraps for a while, then trot her out after they had some time to polish the rough edges. Must be more rough edges than they had anticipated.
