Because of a seal blubber diet (which would kill most folks by 25), native Alaskans break down fat differently. They can eat pounds and pounds of fat without the cholesterol and plaque spikes you'd expect, and seem to be prone to big belly fat deposits.

The first pictures of Willow showing her supposedly pregnant were from a year earlier. Those girls just add a lot of fat at the waist, as opposed to the more usual hips and butt distribution. They probably have their father to thank for those genes.

(I honestly have no idea how much native Alaskan genes those girls have, but the other stuff is true. Eskimos really do digest and store animal fat differently. But don't tell Sarah Palin that, since she doesn't believe in evolution.)
