The Brilliance of the McCain campaign
After reading several posts of McLame's disasterous press conference and his card reading, deer in the headlights look, along with hummingbird speed blinking, I've finally figured why they put him up...

It's the debates.

The first rule of debates is to lower any expectations, so if you surpass them, then you are declared the winner. After today's reported presser, all he has to do is show up, sound somewhat coherent, and just to put the cherry on the ice cream, shoot a little botox into his eyelids so that he blinks like a semi-normal person, and the MSM will declare him the big winner of Friday's debate, and give him and Mooselini a freer ride into November.

At least that's what my tinfoil hat's telling me...:tinfoilhat:

1. Yeah, you're right
That's what happened in 2000 and 2004 when Gore and Kerry made Bush look like he was out of his league. But since he wasn't a total buffoon, the corporate media declared him the winner.

2. Too much blinking indicates the person is lying.
So his blinking matches his campaign tactics so far.

7. Of all the crazy things that annoy me about him
his rapid blinking is the one I always focus on. Maybe he's trying to hypnotize the nation???

3. The last resort
is pretty much planned and well underway. Shock treatment. I think war and terror will come on BushRove schedule. The debates are a gambit they have failed miserably too often to rely upon. They had planned for this meltdown with a brutal attempt to takeover the Treasury. Likewise the election. Don't trust in the debates, but push back very hard.

4. McCain will be playing to the
low information/undecided voter. He will smile a lot, act the perfect gentleman, crack a few jokes and throw out of few well rehearsed sound bites. The folks he is playing to and the media will love it. It is all a little scary.

5. That's what I'm betting on as well
Throw the coot out there to make him look like a fool today, so that on Friday, with 100 million people watching, with low expectations of him will be pleasantly surprised when he shows he can breathe with his mouth closed.

10. Have you forgotten who the media belongs to?
All of the MSM belongs to large corporations that favor the rethuglican policies. They'll pull out all the stops to assure a McFailin administration.
