From the website, they have connections to the Alaska Congressional delegation, including Sen Ted Stevens, who's on trial for corruption.


Apparently, this "Youth of oil" campaign is a staged effort ran by the same people who are behind the GOP's staged event in the Congress over the last break. It's making rounds amongst all the usual suspects on the Internet to gin up "support" for the GOP's "Drill here, Drill now" campaign and their buddies with Big Oil.

I found this out because I was wondering if these kid "activists" had any clue as to how the Oil Commodity market works. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commodity_market#Oil
