So I was listening to NPR this morning...
Edited on Wed Sep-24-08 06:15 AM by PCIntern
and the lede was that Obama led McCain by 9 points from an ABC poll. Yay! I thought...

The next 7 or eight minutes was then filled with how Obama is either trailing or dead even with McCain in an NPR poll and sound clips mostly with Republican pollsters who denigrated the Democratic Party and the nominee. It was fairly surreal...even the clip of the Obama voter was one of those "..well, I have no choice I guess" quotes. It would be fairly disheartening to a fence-sitter...it was replete with "Hillary-voters-voting-for-McCain".

This...is NPR.

3. NPR has become Now Promoting Republicans
It doesn't really give that much information anymore. Has a smug attitude tho....

Pity, I used to like it. Years ago.

5. Oh, let the media down play Obama's chances...
this way when the creeps who stole the last two presidential elections, try to steal this one, they'll rig the voting machines with not enough votes.

6. PBS's evening business show featured a bloviating Repub too last night
At times, public TV and radio is worse than mainstream network news when it comes to right wing slant.
