2. Yer Cute
Nope.

Just trying to remind people that this is simply the second round of the game that began with "lipstick on a pig."

Dog whistle politics at its lowest

Salter said to expect more of the same, saying the campaign was tired of “catching the spears.” Asked whether to expect attacks involved Wright, campaign spokesman Michael Goldfarb said: “We’ve seen all throughout the (Democratic) primary this guy has a lot of associations that are very problematic.”

7. I Sure Did
I'm also aware of how the McCain campaign made a fool of itself in their response to the "lipstick on a pig" crack. I have no doubt whatsoever Obama was aware of the temptation he was offering the McCain campaign to have a conniption, when he brought up "lipstick on a pig," and now it's our turn to show we know how to play the game.

6. Absolutely, just was surprised that it wasn't contextualy linked. Like they say in repo man
It like some one saying plate or shrimp and suddenly you see a plate of shrimp.

8. And I Agree
But I also think it's interesting that the first Google result (not related to the campaign) on the phrase turned up a result from Hawaiian culture. And therein lies the trap.
