Is John McCain trying to sell the nation a Pig in a poke? |
He hides Sarah Palin and keeps the nation from finding out about her. Seems to me that's a better pig saying.

4. The funny thing is that the orgin of the phrase is such |
that you are not even calling Palin a pig. The idiom's orgin is such that you are trying to pass off a cat, as a more valued pig, which is hidden in a poke (bag). So it's actually a dead on accurate point.
