McCain supporter Donald Trump just showed how OUT OF TOUCH those who support McCain are
On CNN

He kept talking about how this is great time to buy real estate. He said the average American can go to bank finance a house and buy it for a fraction of the cost. He said we should go out and buy real estate. He said this is a great time to for somebody to go buy a house.

How out of touch is this guy? Technically he may be right but he is so fucking out of touch. Typical McCain supporter.

1. Guess he doesn't have to worry about getting a mortgage or his credit report
or job (in)security.

2. He's had too much money for too long to understand what the
real world is like for the vast majority of Americans.

4. how many foreclosed average homes has he ever looked at? Sold "As is" and banks
aren't exactly easy to deal with when you're trying to buy one of those properties. Why is Trump in The hampton's right now snatching up all the luxury homes that his greedy friends are trying to unload?

6. He is right in a way.
It is a good time to buy, property values are falling, so there are values out there to be had.

If you have the credit...

If you have the cash...

If you can find a bank that can back you...

If you can prove you have a stable income to afford the loan...

Which most of us don't, so, um, nobody's going to buy. And those who can, will sit on their homes because they know they can't move what they have in the marketplace.

Yup, Trump is kinda right, but as usual, totally ignorant to the realities of the world. He's spent way too much time in his ivory tower.

8. If you can get credit!!!! I have a pretty decent credit score and
recently applied for a small loan to put new carpet in our house in Oklahoma. We had only lived there for 8 months when we got orders to Fort Campbell, so with no equity, we were forced to rent it out. This is what the tenants did to the carpet:

I got turned down for the loan, so I'm having to scrape together the cash to make the house livable again. So, I'm stuck paying the mortgage on a house that I can't sell and can't rent as it is right now.

:(

10. Check out craigslist
or the freecycle sites. You might be able to find decent used carpet coming out of a remodel or buisness. Check out salvage shops in your area. It's a rental. It has to look nice, but doesn't have to be perfect. Good luck and I hope you have better luck next time with your next renters.

9. It Is a Good Time to Buy Real Estate
Not everyone has the ability. But if you do, there are some bargains out there.
