Could this whole thing be an act to lower expectations? |

I've been watching the news for the past week and the general consensus is that Obama tends to ramble on in debates and that Hillary won the debates, etc... while McCain is quite skilled. Could this be his ploy to make people think he's nervous or ill prepared?

What McCain's motives are beyond me. He hasn't cast a vote since April 8, 2008 and suddenly Washington needs his presence? I call bullshit.
