So is McCain already broke?
I can think of a few reasons why he'd chicken out of the debates.

The only explanation for why he'd cancel his ads is because he's broke.

Thoughts?

1. Wait. I thought you were in favor of the suspension and think Obama should follow suit.
Which is it?

2. Oh, absolutely.
Obama should donate all his campaign funds to McCain, and spend the rest of the campaing in Provo, Utah.

Moving on...

3. He was just trying to buy a couple of days of Obama not campaigning against him
Not to save money but because the spiral down is too fast.

He crashed 5 or 6 planes as a pilot, from this its pretty clear how.

4. i bet he's going to a fundraiser tonight or else wouldn't he be flying to dc right now
instead of tomorrow? Crisis of poll number and campaign cash no doubt.

6. I wouldn't doubt it
I believe that Obama and McCain had an agreement to not campaign on 9/11, but McCain surprised people by showing up at a ceremony in Pennsylvania where one of the hijacked planes went down before heading to New York. Much like Sturgis, McCain has to go to where the big crowds are because he can't bring them in himself, and like most republicans, he has no problem exploiting 9/11 for political gain along with not keeping his word.

5. I'm thinking he's pretty close to broke
Wants to save some cash for the October slugfest.

Unfortunately for him, Barack's got some cash on hand.

7. Actually I would think he would want to debate more if he is out of money
because it's free media.
