"Suspended"--what are the legal ramifications? |
Does this mean local campaign offices close? No media buys? No phone banks? How does he legally un-suspend it? Does he need to refile paperwork?

2. I am asking the same questions. He has canceled his appearances |
his ads, and his fundraising.
How so he re-animate his campaign? With a big announcement?

5. there are no "legal" ramifications |
He simply is saying he's not going to do campaign appearances and, apparently, is not going to run ads. Its not even clear that this "suspension" applies to Palin -- as far as I can tell, she'll still be doing campaign appearances, fundraisers, etc. during the next few days.
