That speech might be the one thing in the universe that had both netroots and freepers cringing.
Bush's approval rating will be below 15% in a week.

I expected him to go all fire and brimstone, but he didn't. My more level headed partner brought me back to earth by reminding me that dems control the congress, and Bush needs their cooperation or he gets nothing accomplished for his fat cat Wall Street pals.
