McCain has missed more senate votes than Tim Johnson. Think about that...

Senator Tim Johnson had a near fatal brain hemorrhage during this senate-yeat, was in ICU for ages and had to re-learn how to talk. It was touch-and-go whether he would ever be able to return.

But McCain has missed way more senate votes this session than Tim Johnson.

The top three in missed votes:
64% McCain
48% Johnson
46% Obama

(Hillary and Biden are #4 & #5, of course.)

I am reminded of the term ROJ which means 'retired on the job.'

1. I'm starting to wonder if he doesn't have more brain damage than Tim Johnson as well.

2. That is something to think about
Johnson didn't get back to work until a year ago...well, mccain was in a kind of coma I guess,but I also read that even when he was at the Senate, he never left his office even for votes...
